I am writing to place on record my sincere congratulations to all the staff for brilliant service and helpful as usual to cater for 130 people this is a feather in all their caps.

The food was excellent served with speed on hot plates, no mean feet. Please pass on my appreciation.

I Feel i must write to you following the social evening we held last Saturday.

The whole evening was thoroughly enjoyed by all present and it was mainly due to the excellent meal and service you provided. I am only too aware of the standards you set yourselves and I must say the meal Peter provided was commented by all present who thought it was superb- thank you.

The attention provided by the "front of house staff" was also excellent and much appreciated.
